Amazon Delivery Driver - 4 Day Work Week + Benefits (No CDL Required)
Location: 8316 Allison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Compensation: $21.75-$23.00/hour plus weekly bonuses
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
We're a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our Indianapolis team. Starting each day from our local warehouse, our drivers deliver smiles throughout the community while enjoying a compressed 4-day work week and comprehensive benefits package. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with consistent schedules and excellent earning potential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Requirements for Delivery Drivers:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver's license (No CDL needed)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations
Strong customer service orientation
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Ability to work at a fast pace
Comfortable working independently
Schedule Details:
4-day work week
10-hour shifts (40-hour weekly guarantee)
Consistent 11:40 AM start time
One weekend day required per week
No night shifts

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:
Begin your day at our Indianapolis warehouse
Operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle
Follow planned delivery routes
Provide excellent customer service
Work independently while meeting daily delivery goals
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
