• Provide compassionate and knowledgeable support to pet owners during difficult times
• Schedule appointments and manage client records in a timely and accurate manner
• Update and maintain databases to ensure accurate information is available to all team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the call center.
