Role Description

Our Regional Manager of Service Centers is a critical position in our Supply Chain. The right person is responsible for all Financial Budgets, Operations and Service Standards in an assigned TJX Service Center Region consisting of multiple buildings. As Regional Manager of Service Centers you will work closely with our 3PL partners to ensure product is received, processed, and delivered to our stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods). You will monitor performance against established KPIs and budget and make recommendations to improve overall operations and cost.   • Drives transportation operations for stores shipped out of assigned Service Centers, including transportation optimization, execution of return logistics and peak season strategies
  • Oversees management and execution of 3PL managed Service Center operations, customer service and KPI standards
  • Drives Peak Season plans / strategies and execution to support the challenging needs of the business
  • Oversees all 3PL partner obligations are met and SOPs / best practices are executed at standard or better
  • Consistently delivers operational performance against established KPIs and budget, performs rooting-cause analysis as needed and creates necessary action plans to manage performance
  • Interacts with Field Leadership, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, SC Providers and transportation providers to ensure overall execution of service/standards maximizes TJX profitability
  • Identifies and le implementation of optimization and process improvement initiatives, driving service enhancement and cost savings
  • Drives optimum operational design of service centers layout and store delivery runs to enable optimum service, productivity and flow of goods to stores, incorporating new stores as necessary
  • Must be able to travel 80% of the time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related job experience
  • 7-10 years proven track record in an operations / transportation environment, with 4+ years of leadership experience
